Introduction

1. Feeding: Material from hopper into vibrating screen(2YA-1230);

2. Screening: Vibrating screen(2YA-1230) for sieving sand and gravels with upper mesh hole 10mm and the below is 5mm; 5-10mm gravels from upper layers into conveyor belt form stock pile; 0-5mm sand discharged into sand washing machine from below screen;

3. Washing: Sand washing machine(XSD1550) for washing and classifying 0-5mm sand;

4. Dewatering: Vibrating and dewatering screen(TS0820) for dewatering sand.
